It's all about the knitting.
It's all about the knitting.
It's all about the knitting. It's all about the knitting. movie.
So I had great plans to knit and knit and knit yesterday. I got my grocery shopping done and put away. I had the husband here to entertain N. The stage was set for a productive afternoon and evening of knitting. I even planned the perfect dinner. I grabbed my new movie and settled in on the couch with the knitting. At first I was able to knit a few stitches and watch but then the watching kind of took over and there was very little knitting. There was plenty of laughter though. As you may have noticed I have a bit of a thing (in a respectful you do amazing work kind of way NOT in an I want to kidnap you and make you live in my basement way) for a certain actor and I have been on a quest to see all his movies. Most have been pretty easy to come by (thought if you have a copy of this we have got to talk or after the holidays I'll be stalking ebay) except this one movie which was never picked up by a distributor. I read great things about it and saw lots of clips on youtube. It made me want to see it more. Then I discovered that the writer/director was selling it himself online. SCORE!! I plunked down my credit card and within a matter of a few days the DVD appeared on my doorstep. I watched the movie. I laughed. I watched the deleted scenes. I laughed. I watched the outtakes. I laughed. I have saved the directors commentary for this afternoon during naptime. I'm sure I'll enjoy it and maybe even knit.
Alan R. is a great actor! Can't wait for this movie to cros my path! Hope
you get lots of knitting done this weekend!!
Spending a day doing what you love is always worth the time! Knitting will
get done...it always does.
I also did not knit - but tomorrow... ;) Hope your Sunday gives you lots
of knitting time.
