In My Next Life...

I will be a better photographer. My mother is a pretty good photographer. She shows concern for the background along with the subject matter. Me, not so much. I want to highlight the subject matter, in this case, the hat. H's hat. It is a Nippertails hat from Magknits. It was a fun knit and I know I'll be doing another one since H LOVES it! Next week she is playing in the Powder Puff football game. It's the juniors against the seniors. H (she's a junior) wants to win. She's also viewing this whole thing with humor. Last week when she ordered her shirt she requested the number 3.14. Yes, pi. She's such a math girl! The hat completes her outfit. Hey, it's always chilly at a football game!

See. She really does love it and I do suck as a photographer. At least I can make my daughter happy! Please ignore the mess that is our porch.

I have been knitting something else too. Tomorrow a lousy photo. I promise.

One more thing. Sorry to have been AFB (absent from blog) so much lately. N has had hives for about a month and they have gotten progressively worse. We visited the doctor who said go to an allergist. Now we wait for the appointment. We have been playing around with his food (no soy, no prepared food, mainly fruit veggies and meat.) and now we are wondering if maybe it's the new and improved diapers. But who knows. It could be anything.
